Get exhausted? You should go to Thailand and never come back!

People walking in Thailand and trains running.

Trains running with doors open

Hello I'm doskoi.

Have you been to Thailand?

if you’ve never been to Thailand and feel exhausted in daily life, I strongly recommend you to go there. Because everybody who has been to Thailand says ”Thailand has a magical atmosphere. it makes us relax.”

Whenever you go, Thailand is always summer. And especially in the countryside, even if you got hungry you can find some fruit on the tree. Thai people live in such an environment like a heaven. So they are always slow paced and relaxing.
Sometimes that relaxed personality may make their lives inconvenient though.

I think recently the people in developed countries are too busy. They believe their business has to grow up and don’t have to make it stop. They believe the end of the business will be the end of their life. They worry about their 30 years later and sometimes they kill themselves before it pasts 30 years...

Sorry, I talked too much. actually, I was talking about workers in Japan. They are so pity. So in this article, I’m going to introduce Thailand’s relaxing atmosphere so that they can forget busy society.

OK first of all look at this picture.

doors opened train

Something is wrong with this door. The train is running with the door opened.

Actually, this door was completely open when it departed. But the train operator noticed it about 2 minutes later. Then closed the door. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him, but I think he just forgot it and besides, It’s still open. It would make the news if it has happened in Tokyo.

Ok. go to the next.

Tilt buddha

This is a famous Buddha in Thailand. But something wrong with the angle. I am not tilting the camera. The Buddha is tilting. what’s wrong with it?

Buddha lying down

Now you got it. He is lying down. It looks like the father on Sunday. Look at his facial expression. looks so relaxing. Unlike the businessman in Tokyo.

Ok look at this next

Sleeping dog on the busy road

This is the dog I met in Bangkok. What’s wrong with the lazy dog. He seems to have forgotten how to sleep. Moreover, where he sleeps is a busy road. A lot of people are watching him but he doesn't stop sleeping. Thailand atmosphere makes even dogs relax.

Sleeping dog on the chair.

He's also the one. I think he’s happier than all of the businessman in Tokyo. He even doesn’t need to learn how to live. When he wakes up, the meal is ready.

Maybe they also drink this like a human...

Coconut sold in Thailand

This is the Coconut you can get it cheap anywhere in Thailand. When you get thirsty this is unbelievable. I strongly recommend drinking chilled one.

Ok, Next

railway in the middle of the market

This is also a funny sight. In the middle of the market, there is a railway track. And you can see the train coming. what’s going on?

Train with huge impact

Look at this huge impact! The train passes by the vegetables. and too close to me!

right after train has passed

After the train has passed, The people in the market started to prepare the roof.

The market ready

The market has opened. They think “We can do the market when the train doesn’t come! Nothing wrong with it” I love their way of thinking....

Actually, This is one of the sightseeing spots called Maeklong market. You can go there for two hours from Bangkok by bus and even you can take a train you saw in the picture.

Next. It seems like a train station but....

Train station

There's a paved mysterious site between railroad tracks. What do you think this is?

Train in the station

This is a platform for the station! I think it could be dangerous if 2 trains come at the same time.

Doors opened in the running train

And the door of this train also has been opened. I found an old man hanging out half the body from here. He seems so enjoying...

Oh, I introduced a too much funny aspect of Thailand. If Thai people read this, I could be scolded by them. Don't misunderstand! I'm not making fun of Thailand. I envy it.

Actually, Bangkok, the capital of Thailand has thrived in unbelievable speed in recent years. when you go to the city center you can’t tell the difference to the developed country.

Ok. Now I’m going to introduce the sophisticated one.

Sophisticated store in Bangkok

What store do you think it is? and Can you tell where the ceiling is?

upside down glass store

Actually, This is a glasses store. I thought that this picture is also upside down. I never saw such a shop.

shoes and cloth shop

This is also the one. They sell shoes and clothes. but it is too sophisticated. I can't even figure out what it is. My eyes are getting confused.

Recommend to go Thailand

How was it? Did you get a little interest in Thailand? If you are exhausted in a busy city, I strongly recommend to go Thailand and never coming back!

Oh, I forgot introducing this, Thai music! It's also amazing. By listen to this, You can go to a new world like never experienced before. enjoy!

Taiwanese stayed in Japanese slum Nishinari. But he felt...unbelievable!

Hello, I'm doskoi.

Japan. it’s one of the safest countries in the world. But did you know even in Japan, there are three famous slamsYou wanna know the names? Ok, I will tell you all. It's Sanya(Tokyo) Kotobukicho(Yokohama) and Nishinari(Osaka). You can find a lot of homeless people in those places but especially in Nishinari, you can find a lot more. It’s totally different than others.

It says "You can stay here even if you don't have a money. But you have to be on welfare"

Nishinari has many "doya" which is a hotel insanely cheap. The hotel has lots of people on welfare. But they are not staying, They actually live there. But recently Nishinari is not only for such a people. You can find lots of foreigners staying there. What happened to Nishinari?

The Japanese government decided to change tourist visa requirements about 3 years ago. It makes foreigners easier to come to Japan. Besides at the same period, LCC has launched in Japan. So you can see many foreigners in every tourist spot. It influences to even Nishinari. Nishinari is located in a good location for sightseeing Osaka. You can go to all main Osaka’s sightseeing spots easily and there’s a railway access to Kansai international airport. There are many cheap hotels located in such a convenient place.. if you are a young traveler, you would choose this place to stay. right?

But a cheap hotel usually has some problems. Such as a low-quality bed, messy room etc.... For Japanese people, stay in nishinari doya is kind of the high-risk challenge. Nobody wants to do. But according to this article, It’s not always the problem for foreigners.

oops.udn.com

The title says “ Taiwanese man stayed in the hotel insanely cheap in Osaka."

One Taiwanese man tried to stay in one of the cheapest hotels in Nishinari. And he submitted what he saw and what he thought in the hotel on the Taiwanese forum website "PTT". I think Japanese is the most nervous (and demand many things) people in the world. That's why they can't bear Nishinari hotel. But the foreigners have a different way of thinking. So I was curious how they feel it.

He said "Actually I was worried about staying this hotel. but after I get there It was all changed. There's an old woman at the front desk. She explains a lot of things I need in English. There's Wifi connection and even there's a large public bath in there. So I can take a bath! The only thing I complain is the hotel is too air-conditioned. it was so cold but that’s all.”

“The room was cleaner than I thought, and there are small refrigerator and TV. I think I can’t find such a hotel for this price in Taiwan. even if I stay in this hotel for one month it's going to be cheaper than the hotel in Taipei stay one night."

This is the symbol of Nishinari. where a homeless people get a temporarily job

Japan has a culture such as “customer is God” Maybe the culture affect the hotel service even in a slum. But according to the article, $4 for one night is now It’s not the real. Even in Nishinari, it costs over $10 for one night. I guess he stayed there before It got such a popular.

Emma Wu's cute commercial. Just watch it! It's so cute....

Emma Wu smile

Hello, I'm doskoi.

Have you been to Taiwan? I don't know where you are from. but I think a lot of people in the world misunderstand about Taiwan. It's located in East Asia. not Southeast. (It's Thailand.) And it's not a part of China. it’s an independent country. The most important thing what I want to say is they have an own culture, especially in entertainment. and even there are lots of cute girls too!

OK, in this article I’m going to introduce Emma wu (吳映潔 also known as Gui Gui)  she is a Taiwanese popular singer. But before I introduce her song, I strongly recommend you watch this YouTube movie.

youtu.be

This is the commercial for the chocolate snack. I found this movie at last month. I don't know how many times I watched. She speaks Chinese so I will translate into English for you.

she’s in the clothing store and found something wants to try. So she went to the fitting room with it. and looked the miller.
She thought something wrong. There’s a chocolate bar in her body in the miller. she said “huh?” She looked the miller again with the outerwear open. then she found the Tetris style chocolate bar!
She closed the outerwear and opened again then it became a walking people. She says "it's walking it's walking" how cute she is!

She opened the curtain and called the friend. “come here look at this!” She opened the outerwear and closed again. Even she tries to eat it. You must be fascinated by her behavior at this time. and finally, she says “what's the next?”

OK, I think you understood the cuteness of her. Now, let's listen to her popular song!

youtu.be

how was it? Sometimes she’s cute (with cosplay) and sometimes cool! Oh, she has everything I need...

I’m following her Instagram account it’s always updated a lot of pictures and the movies. I worry that does she have a day off? I’m not sure but she's always powerful and I’ve never seen her looks so tired.

instagram.com

She released the new song “knock knock knock” It's totally different than before. you may be confused. Anyway, let's listen to it.

youtu.be

In this new song, Her cuteness has gone and coolness has arrived (increased). This addictive song is always playing on the radio in Taiwan recently. It’s already go viral. I think the Chinese language goes well with singing. Don't you think so? That’s why I started to learn Chinese. (Actually, I’m not Taiwanese.)

You can't find a dog-walking in North Korea. Here's why.

f:id:Nihongode-dozo:20171026153203j:plain

Hello, I'm doskoi.

As you know, I love watching North Korean daily life movie on Youtube.

Contents

It's kind of a relaxation. Because It's totally different than the world where I live. Their rules, Their lifestyles, Their way of thinking...etc. If I have to live in North Korea from next week, I would be devastated. But a people in the movie often smiling and sometimes they are looks so happy.
It teaches me there are a lot of ways to be happy. Even in North Korea, People feel happiness. So the people who live in a better country like us can be happier. We are lucky! Don't you think so?

....Sorry, I talk too much. Forget it. Let's go to the main topic. Recently I realized something weird in the North Korean daily life movie.

Can't find a people who walk a dog in Pyongyang!

youtu.be

This is the movie I often watch. Driving through Pyongyang.

You can see a lot of North Korean people in this movie. But you can't find anybody with dogs. What's wrong with them?

I've been to many countries. and I saw cute dogs in every country I visit. In Thailand, I found a lazy dog sleeping on the chair. (Picture at the top) And in Taiwan, I found a dog waiting for a traffic signal like a people.

f:id:Nihongode-dozo:20170820224625j:plain

Every country has own types of the dogs. So I want to check North Korean one too. But I can't find. Is it prohibited to have a pet in North Korea?

I found the answer.

tw.mobi.yahoo.com

The title says "North Korean don't own dogs longer than 5 years. After that, they eat it"

The Korean peninsula has a culture eating dog meat.

At a first glance, You think "Oh, they own dogs during a short time" but after that, you will find a word "eat it".

Yes. In North Korea, Dogs are not a pet. They are livestock.....

The Korean peninsula including South Korea has been had such a culture for a long time. So even in South Korea, Few people still eat a dog meat. Even there are a few restaurants you see a dog meat on a menu remains in capital Seoul.

But South Korea has changed from Seoul Olympics. Because foreign countries started to blame such a culture. and People who own a dog as a pet has been increased recent years. So especially young girls hate eating a dog meat.

But In North Korea, They don't care blames from foreigners. Dog meat is still popular food and there are a lot of dog meat shops on the main street.

North Korean can't believe "own a dog as a pet"

According to the article, They will be surprised when they are told that dogs are a pet in South Korea. I think It's the same feeling when we are told: "own a pig as a pet" or like that. And If they are told  "When we walk, sometimes dogs even wear clothes " They would think "Are you out of your mind?"

According to an article, Make dogs wearing clothes is "an illness caused by spoiled capitalism" for North Korean.

What do you think? North korean eat dogs. But we also eat another animals.

Which is better?

Do North Korean kiss to a loved one? A Rare interview with North Korean

Northkorean girl

There are a lot of countries in the world. When you travel you often see a South Korean people in there. and maybe you've talked with them.

But have you talked with North Korean?

I think you've even never seen them before. Because they can't go abroad usually.

I found one movie on Youtube that Taiwanese travelers visit North Korea interviewing with ordinary North Korean people. You will see 2 North Koreans in the movie. The first one speaks in English. But the second one speaks in Chinese so I translated it.

www.youtube.com

After the first one talk about their leader Kim Jong-un and their society, the Second one appears.

Taiwanese traveler asked her first question."What do you do on a date with the loved one in North Korea?"

She answered "It's same as you do. We shake hands and have a cozy talk. Nothing special."

It seems like she knows that foreigners believe North Korean has a strange lifestyle. She repeatedly says "We are normal"

Taiwanese asked the second question."Do North Korean kiss?"

She answered with embarrassed "Kiss? What is the kiss? Touching each other's mouth? I don't do that! Maybe some North Korean does. But I don't!

What do you think? I think she just has never got a boyfriend.

After that, Taiwanese asked her a sensitive question.

"What do you think the people who escaped from North Korea?

She answered "I don't understand why they did it. North Korea is a wonderful place. Even the economic situation is getting better now."

Taiwanese asked more sensitive one "What do you think your country has nuclear weapons?"

She answered with anger expression "We are not the only one which has nuclear weapons. The United States also has one. Isn't it? For protecting our country, We need to have it. It's not a weird thing."

I think she's right. This is the only way to protect their country. If they want to do. Just the other country don't hope they do that way.

Taiwanese asked next one. "Do you hate Americans?"

She answered "I don't like the United States though... I think all the people who live there are not a bad one. Sometimes there's a good one too."

Taiwanese asked the last one "Do you enjoy North Korean life?"

She asked "Look at me. Do you think I'm unhappy? Every North Korean enjoying everyday life. Our leader gives us everything we need. We don't need to pay even going to school."

How was it? I think the woman in the movie is a wealthy one and It's hard to tell whether she says truth or not.

But seeing their facial expressions, I feel they are just a normal people. Just a little bit brainwashed. And just an old-fashioned. That's all.
